I had a big time on May 19th at the beautifully diverse Mississauga Arts Awards, winning the Established Solo Vocalist Award.  As I’m sure you can imagine, there are lots of hills and valleys on this dizzying journey of chasing songs and chasing your tail so it feels good to celebrate and have some more fuel in the tank to help climb the next mountain.  I want to say a heartfelt thanks to all of you that continue to follow and support my music. It really does take a village to raise a song!

Speaking of songs and climbing mountains, I’ve entered the new “Take A Seat” music video in the CBC Searchlight Contest.  The entries that make it through the first round will mostly be decided by the judges but there are also some spots decided by public voting.
