It feels like a long while since we stood in a windy Thompson Memorial Park in Scarborough last September for the first day of the video shoot for “When You Think No One Loves You” but it’s been a beautiful ride of reactions and comments, 22,000 Youtube views and now the video’s been recognized with an Independent Music Award nomination in the Video Short Narrative category as well as a finalist in the Music Video category of the International Songwriting Competition.  A big thanks to the amazing production crew at Big Red Oak.  Watching the song and video resonate with people and give some comfort since its release in November is the real reward for me.  But the recognition by the IMA and ISC is a happy bonus.
